Where specific materials are requested, availability may vary depending on suppliers. If selected materials become unavailable, reasonable alternatives of similar quality may be proposed.

AYM Build will perform services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, or issues arising from inaccurate client information.
