2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting quotes, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

                         Important: These terms apply to all interactions with AYM Home Builds, including consultations, estimates, contracts, and completed work.                     

4. Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Quotes:

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
Final quotes may vary based on site conditions and material availability
Change orders during construction require written approval and may affect timeline and cost

Project Execution:

All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals
We obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit delays, or unforeseen conditions
Client access to work areas may be restricted during construction for safety reasons

Payment Terms:

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts

5. Warranties and Guarantees

AYM Home Builds stands behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

Workmanship Warranty: 2-year warranty on all construction and installation work
Electrical Work: 1-year warranty on all electrical installations and repairs
Plumbing Work: 1-year warranty on all plumbing installations and repairs
Material Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures
Structural Work: 5-year warranty on structural modifications and new construction

                         Warranty Coverage: Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. Damage from misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear is not covered.                     

6. Liability and Insurance

AYM Home Builds maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for your protection:

General Liability Insurance: $2 million coverage for property damage and injuries
Workers' Compensation: Full coverage for all employees and subcontractors
Professional Liability: Coverage for errors and omissions in professional services
Bonding: Licensed and bonded for all construction work

Clients are responsible for maintaining homeowner's insurance during construction and notifying their insurance company of ongoing work.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly:

Direct Communication: We encourage clients to contact us immediately with any concerns
Mediation: Disputes will first be addressed through professional mediation
Arbitration: If mediation fails, binding arbitration will be used to resolve disputes
Governing Law: These terms are governed by local and state construction laws
